How Our Escrow Works
When you pay, your money doesn't go directly to the seller. It's held securely by the platform and only released once you confirm everything is good.
Step 1
Buyer pays
Your payment is processed and held securely by TCG Marketplace.
Step 2
Funds held securely
The seller cannot access the money yet. It sits in escrow until the order is fulfilled.
Step 3
Seller ships
The seller is notified and ships your item with a tracked delivery method.
Step 4
Buyer confirms delivery
Once you receive your item and are satisfied, you confirm delivery in My Orders.
Step 5
Funds released
Only then are the funds released to the seller. If there's a problem, your money stays protected.
Buyer Protection Guarantee
Non-delivery protection
If your item never arrives, your payment is held in escrow. File a complaint and we'll investigate.
Not as described
If the card condition, edition, or details don't match the listing, you can open a complaint within 3 days of delivery.
Counterfeit protection
If you receive a counterfeit card, file a complaint. After review, you'll receive a full refund if the claim is confirmed.
3-day protection window
You have 3 days after delivery to open a complaint if something is wrong.
Dispute Process
Buyer opens a dispute
Go to My Orders, select the affected order and click 'File Complaint'. Describe the issue and upload evidence (photos, screenshots).
Seller responds within 3 days
The seller is notified and must provide their response along with any counter-evidence within 3 business days.
Both parties upload evidence
Photos of the item, tracking info, screenshots of messages — all evidence is considered.
Admin reviews the case
Our team reviews all evidence impartially. We may contact both parties for clarification.
Decision issued
A fair resolution is made. Possible outcomes: full refund to buyer, funds released to seller, or partial resolution.

Full refund if seller is at fault
Release Funds
Seller paid if buyer claim invalid
